Staggering Stag Beetles! Cheapside & Ascot June 2020

A compilation of the amazing photographs of Stag Beetles sent in to Mrs Ryker - thank you for contributing to Dr George McGavin's survey! In total there were 20 sightings (not all with photos) of Stag Beetles and Lesser Stag Beetles found in Cheapside (including our Forest School!), Sunninghill, Ascot and Sunningdale. **STOP PRESS** The final two images on the video are not Stag Beetles at all, but are, in fact a nationally scarce species - the Tanner Beetle! Dr McGavin is very excited by this discovery!
